Alliance to tackle educational needs and skills gaps in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) channel
Logical Operations, a provider of IT instructor-led courseware, is expanding its sales and operations capacity throughout the Middle East and Africa (MEA) after it signed a distributor agreement with Dubai-based EMT Distribution.
In terms of the deal, which is effective from 1st October 2018, EMT Distribution is now the authorised training partner and distributor for Logical Operations in the MEA geography and will offer certifications to partners across the region.
James Varnham, managing director, Logical Operations Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), said: “We have reached a pivotal stage of our growth strategy in the region and the awareness of our solutions together with aggressive expansion into technology area’s such as IoT, artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning and web/mobile development as well as maintaining growth with our core portfolio requires greater local presence in order to support our partners closely and enable them to leverage the right solutions to their customers.”
Varnham explained that: “The launch of Logical Operations certification entity ‘CERTNEXUS’ at the beginning of April 2018 which currently has a heavy focus on cyber security certifications was another major consideration in working with EMT based on the company’s experience in the cyber security space”
Logical Operations and EMT Distribution launched their collaboration at the GITEX conference in Dubai.
